Erik is a goal-driven Project Manager / Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in project leadership and international business. Erik has successfully coached teams on both traditional and agile projects. He acts as the client’s voice to our development team and aims to build trust and understanding between stakeholders. Erik grew up in Germany and appreciates cultural adventures through international travel. He also enjoys physical exercise, strategy board games, and learning about cutting-edge agile development techniques.
Pete VanOlinda
Senior Support Engineer
“My goal is to demystify the Cloud and explain things in a jargon-free manner.” With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Pete VanOlinda heads our Support and Installation Division and is responsible for designing and implementing managed network and cloud strategies. Pete has always specialized in Microsoft technologies, more recently focusing on their Cloud offerings, such as SharePoint Online, Office 365, Azure, and Power BI. Pete is passionate about working with non-profits, spending over 15 years based in London, consulting for a range of charities on their IT needs. In his spare time, Pete enjoys cooking Indian food for his family, hiking with his dogs, and playing bass guitar in his band.
Charles Hensley
Software Engineer
Charles is a software engineer with technical experience in designing, implementing and extending web based solutions. Charles enjoys discovering elegant solutions for adapting business requirements to clear and concise frontend user experiences as well as a structured extendable backend implementations. Having lived in Spain and Brazil, Charles appreciates the value of cross cultural communication and its relation to the technical world.
Matthew Fekete
Software Engineer
Matthew is interested in using modern development technologies to deliver efficient, future-proof solutions for clients' unique business needs. As a software engineer, he's tackled challenges as diverse as data analysis, application architecture, UI/UX design, and web API integration. As a mild-mannered individual, he likes hanging out with friends, playing games, and tinkering with his latest DIY project.
Andrew Peek

Joining the Code A Site team in 2016, Andrew is an experienced Software engineer with expertise bridging the gap between the business and technical needs of an organization. His background includes working in rapidly growing start-up environments. Andrew has technical knowledge and experience with both client and server side coding as well as test automation. He aims to find simple, robust solutions to complex business requirements. In his free time Andrew enjoys cooking, the outdoors and Keeping up with trends in technology.

Lindsey joined the CodeASite team in the summer of 2016. She handles support for the MyTennisGroup.com website and reaches out to new customers that can benefit from CodeASite.
Anna Newcastle

“Working at CAS has given me the opportunity to apply my strengths and skills in new directions.” Anna joined the finance department at Code A Site in 2012. As the company has grown, Anna has had the opportunity work in areas outside of finance. Currently Anna handles all finance and human resource needs and other office functions for the company. Anna enjoys spending time with her family at home and at the beach, her other interests include reading, cooking new recipes and bike riding.
